Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup basmati rice
- 4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon saffron threads
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, cashews, or pistachios)
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
Instructions:
- Rinse and soak the rice. Drain.
- Heat milk, add rice, and cook until tender.
- Add saffron infusion, sugar, cardamom, nuts, and raisins.
- Serve warm or chilled.
