Ingredients:
- 200 grams paneer (cubed)
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1/4 cup cashew nuts, soaked in water
- 1/4 teaspoon saffron threads
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 tablespoons ghee or oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Soak saffron in warm milk.
- Sauté cumin seeds, onions, and ginger-garlic paste.
- Add tomato puree and cashew paste.
- Add saffron milk and spices, cook.
- Add paneer and cream, cook briefly.
